So, what have I done since the last post? mmm i wonder..

WORK - It’s kinda taken over, we launched the company literally minutes ago :P and have got enough work to last us until god knows when, but at the same time, we aint gonna turn any down if it comes in.
I have been getting a little wound up recently as I’ve kinda been on my own, Olly has been trainin up a new guy and i keep forgettin he’ll soon be in the office. AT LAST :D - Theres just so much to do.

Its really exciting stuff, MaxxDirectory still needs a big push, I have not made that many calls at all due to doing Sales, Marketing & Accountancy work for other companies most of the time. I’m not worried really, people love the idea behind the directory and my sales conversion is 1 in 3 at the moment which in my eyes is good. I will aim for 1 in 2 though, more the merrier.


One thing that is on my mind more than anything right now is buying a house, I try to blank it out but its one of them things I am longing for. As much as I love being tied down to a big sum of money I really do want my own place.  I have had a look on the market recently and theres some really nice ones for sale. However, I need a big deposit and its not my first mortgage so I can’t get first time buyers rates and i’m self employed.
 

Other than this, everythings cool, Me & Becca are gettin on mint, I’m eating properly again, kinda sleepin better, not smoking too many cigarettes and my minds more relaxed in the evenings. Got a speeding notice through for doing 38 in a 30zone, so looks like i’m gettin 3 points on my CLEAN licence, unless I can appeal it? Damn you roadside cash machines. One day I will crash my car into you, when i’m rich that is :)
Anyways, best get back to making dreams become reality :)

    I’m ready to be moving out again so I’ll tell ya what mate………….me and you…….we’ll buy a mansion and move in together (it’ll be cheaper that way) but will have to be a big mansion though so we dont have to speak too often. x
