Over the past few years I have not been the best morning person at all, it usually takes me a good hour or two to wake up properly.

More recently I have been getting up that bit earlier and doing exercises, thats right, I’m doing something physical in a morning. I feel really better for it to be fair, as long as its followed by a bath its all good. I can really tell the difference. The lucozade helps a little too, which is not cheating, all good for the blood sugar levels
Let me make a list to make it simple…

1. Morning exercise
2. Cereal/Toast & Cup of Tea (or Lucozade)
3. A good conversation, preferably none work related but something interesting/funny.
4. Once in the office, another cup of tea or glass of Lucozade will go down a treat.
5. A good look over all your days tasks, planning what you are gonna do and by what time etc etc. Time management is the key to a good day.
6. Last but not least, a little background music, this month I have mostly been listening to Electro House Sessions by Ministry of Sound.

This CD ROCKS, its by far the best thing this year, electro is the way forward. Must have a night out soon and go to a top club.

I should actually start having early nights and stop watching South Park until silly o’clock and going late night window shopping..

   

South Park is absolutely hilarious, I could watch it for hours on end, I have so many episodes to catch up on. Dunno where I’ll find the time.

So, the message for today is: Exercise in the mornings and top tunes to take you through the day..
