Reckless Driver takes kids on dangerous sledge ride

Something that made the local news lately was a story about a group of kids being towed around on a sledge by a Range Rover. The CHAD newspaper decided that this was front page material and thanks to a local man named John Gardiner took it upon himself to take a picture of these kids and the Range Rover. Straight away I had to make a comment on the Chad website, I used to read the paper every week and over the past few years the stories have gone from bad to worse.
