Over the years we have purchased many domain names, some of which are not being used at the moment and some that are under development. One thing that has always baffled me is the value of a domain name.
How does a domain name get valued?
Who actually has the right to say “its worth this much” ?
How do you get a valuation on a domain name and where would you even sell it, where would you advertise it ?
Quite recently, people have been searching for realdave.co.uk, but why ?
Do they want to buy the domain? I would think one day that it will become valuable, who knows..
